Are you ready to start creating calm in the chaos?

I see you…

  • wearing all the hats…

  • doing all the things…

  • juggling all the responsibilities…

… and beginning to run on empty …

I see you.

From the outside looking in, you are the one who looks like she has it all together… your smile outshines your tired eyes… your willingness to serve selflessly is admired by many…

…but… you ARE tired. And there are times where you simply think you may bust as the seems. Treading water is getting hard… and on the inside, you know it’s sometimes hard to keep that head above water. You know this pace needs to change, but you are not even sure how that’s possible and where to begin…

I see you…

Often in these moments the thing farthest from your mind or priority list… is YOU… when in fact, investing a little bit of time in your mind, body & soul is exactly what you need to create the CALM in the chaos and bring a better YOU to the game every day.

But it doesn’t always have to be this way…

Diane says…

“I lost myself as I earned my new titles of Wife and Mom. I stopped making time for myself, I didn’t recognize my body anymore, and I was my own worst critic.  “Calm in the Chaos” gave me the tools I needed to find myself again. I made time for myself without guilt because I learned the importance of self-care. With “Calm in the Chaos” I regained my strength and learned how to make my inner-voice a positive and powerful one.”

On this crazy, beautiful, adventure we call life…

I have experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. As a mom of 3, wife to a college football coach, and basically Chief Coordinating Officer of all things life, I have battled this very same feeling over and over again… you’re trying to keep it all together but feel like everything is on the verge of crashing down…

Because of this, I have learned very critical lessons about the importance of self-care and nourishing all things mind, body & soul. I have discovered what helps find the peace and calm in it all, and also learning what NOT to do. Through this journey, I have developed a simple, daily self-care structure to help keep my head on straight and feel like superwoman (most of the time), and I want to share this with you.

This structure does not require a re-arrangement of your schedule or a complete 180 of your life. It is designed to fit into the chaos and begin germinating clam that will grow and flourish into your soul because of it.

Molly says…

“It’s easy to find excuses for not making the time for self-care. However, chunking life-giving practices into 5-, 10-, 15-, and 20-minute increments makes it so simple and ACHIEVABLE. When I get all 4 in, it makes an incredible difference in my mindset, my mental health, my focus, my patience, and my clarity, which is a HUGE win.”
